Scott Roe was brought into the world in Lemoore, California and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This child was given to Lynne and Bruce Roe alongside more youthful sibling, Jason. He grew up encompassed by a tremendous group of cousins that truth be told all think about one another siblings. They have a tight family.
