Ruth Pelupessy was an Indonesian actress, model, and businesswoman, who was crowned as the antagonist queen of Indonesia film after Suzzanna and Mieke Wijaya. She was born on 27 April 1938 in Bangka Island, Dutch East Indies, as the oldest daughter from the four children to Christina Moniyung and Jacob Pelupessy.
